Airku Online store terms and conditions
These terms of order and delivery are valid from 01.01.2020. When ordering products from the Airku shop online store, you agree to these terms.

The use of the Online store
You can shop in the online store if you are over 18 years old. Prices for products include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.
Products are ordered in the online store by moving them to the shopping cart and paying the shopping cart content in the online payment service. All customer data is handled confidentially. When ordering products from the Airku shop online store, you agree to these terms of order and delivery.
The Customer is responsible for all activities occurred under its account or password. The Customer is responsible for maintaining the security of its password. The Customer warrants that the information provided during the ordering process is true and correct.
The content of the Online store (including without limitation drawings, pictures, sounds, films, graphics and text) is the property of Airku Shop and protected by copyrights and other intellectual property rights. The Customer shall not have the right to download, reproduce, transfer, transmit, duplicate, sell or modify the Online store or any portion of it without express prior written consent of Airku Shop. The Customer shall have the right to print and download this Agreement for its personal use.
Payments and Payment methods
Payment is made using the payments service on the checkout page. Available payment methods are displayed in the online store checkout. Credit card payments are validated and if the verification fails, Airku Shop reserves the right to reject the order. For Online Banking payment, you need the Customer IDs provided by your bank.
Prices
The Product price is the price displayed for the Product at the Online store at the time of ordering.
If the Products are delivered to destination outside the EU, the Customer is responsible for any customs fees, import duties or other comparable costs. The Customer acknowledges that the customs policies vary widely from country to country. The Customer should contact the local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, the Customer is responsible for all charges and fees related to the declaration. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that customs clearance may cause delays in the original delivery estimates.
Order and payment Confirmation
Once we have received your order, we will send you an order confirmation by email showing your order details. Always check the contents of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact our customer Support team immediately. Save your order confirmation if you need to contact customer service. In your dealings with customer service, always keep your potential customer number and order number available. Always check that the contents of the package match the products in the order confirmation.

Delivery time
Airku Shop processes the purchase orders made by the Customer within two (2) working days. Delivery time depends on product, availability, selected delivery method and delivery address. The delivery methods available for domestic deliveries are:
- Regular letter. The letter is distributed to recipients in 5 working days. The regular letter does not contain a shipment ID, so it cannot be tracked for shipments.
- Small parcel. Delivered to the Customer’s mail slot or box. If the shipment does not fit the mail slot or box, the shipment will be delivered to the recipient’s local postal outlet to be picked up. If the recipient does not collect the shipment from the postal outlet, the shipment will be returned to the sender after 7 days.
- Domestic parcel. Delivery to a pickup point within 4 working days. The Customer will receive a notice of arrival as an SMS, through e-mail and via Posti’s mobile application, if the customer uses it. If this information is missing, a mail notification will be sent only for items to be picked from a Posti outlet.
The delivery methods available for deliveries to Europe are:
- Regular letter Europe. The letter is distributed to recipients in basic delivery. The regular letter does not contain a shipment ID, so it cannot be tracked for shipments.
- Parcel Europe. Delivered to the recipient or a pickup point in the destination country.
If the product does not arrive within a reasonable time frame please contact customer service at info@airkushop.com.
Airku Shop reserves the right to reject any order. In such cases the payments made by the Customer will be returned to the credit card account within 30 days.
Cancellation and Product Returns
The Customer shall have the right to cancel the order before the order has been shipped to the Customer. If the Customer wishes to cancel their order, the Customer must contact the Airku Shop customer service by email. The email should show the name, address and order number of the Customer order. Airku Shop will return the payments made within 30 days.
The Customer has the right to return or exchange a Product within fourteen (14) days from the day when the Customer received the Product. This return policy does not cover Products which are produced or altered in accordance with the Customer’s wishes. The Customer has the right to return a Product if
- The order has been cancelled in accordance with these terms and conditions of order and delivery by notifying Airku shop customer service within 14 days of receipt of the product or the product has been returned in accordance with Airku Shop’s return instructions for 14 days Inside the delivery.
- The product packaging is unopened, and the product is in the same condition as when it was delivered.
The product must be returned to the Airku Shop as soon as possible after cancellation. Any damage caused to the product during the return shipment is in the responsibility of the Customer. The price of the returned Products paid by the Customer will be refunded to the Customer’s credit card. The reimbursement will take place as soon as Airku Shop has received and inspected the returned Products, however no later than within thirty (30) days from the day when Airku Shop has received the returned Products.
If the Product is faulty or damaged during the shipment, the Customer must inform Airku Shop customer service about said defect as soon as the Customer has noticed the defect. Airku Shop will try to replace the faulty or damaged Product, but if this is not possible Airku Shop will reimburse the Customer with the full amount of costs paid by the Customer. Airku Shop will not reimburse the Customer with the costs before Airku Shop has confirmed the defect in the Product. The Customer is recommended to contact Airku Shop customer service in order to receive more instructions with this respect.
Unclaimed Package
If the Customer does not pick up the delivered package without a separate cancellation notice, Airku Ship will inherit the delivery costs.
Changes to the Online store and the Agreement
Airku Shop reserves the right to make changes to the Online store, its polices and the Agreement at any time. If the Agreement is changed, Airku Shop will post a notification of the said change at the front page of the Online store. Modified Agreement will apply to all orders made after the notice is posted to the front page of the Online store.
Force Majeure
Airku Shop shall not be liable for any breach of its obligations under this Agreement or delays in performing or failure to perform in accordance with this Agreement, which are attributable to causes beyond Airku Shop’s reasonable control, including without limitation fires, strikes, labor disputes, wars, natural catastrophe, acts or interventions by any governmental authority, failure of a common carrier, supplier, hardware, software, browser, network failure or malfunction.
Responsibilities
Airku Shop is not liable for consequential damages unless they are caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Liability and Mandatory Consumer Legislation
Airku Shop is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, unless caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence.
